All payments related to devices or cloud storage services occur outside the iOS app, such as through the device interface or other authorized platforms.

1. Information We Collect
I. Account Information
- Nicknames, email addresses, and credentials for primary and sub-accounts
- Relationships between primary and sub-accounts for permission management
II. Functional Usage Data
- Calendar Management: Details of events you create or edit, reminder times, recurrence rules, etc.
- Household Tasks: Content, status updates, and assigned personnel for chores
- Meal Planning: Custom recipes, nutritional data, and related images
- Digital Photo Frame: Photos, videos, and captions you upload
- Third-Party Calendar Integration: Authorized third-party calendar accounts or subscription links (e.g., .ics files) for syncing and displaying events. The app can read events from third-party platforms and sync updates back
- Monitoring & Call Features:
- Real-time audio/video data (video and audio on the app; audio-only on devices)
- Call metadata (e.g., timestamps, device IDs, call duration)
- GPT/OpenAI Voice Chat:
- Records of your interactions with the GPT/OpenAI voice chat feature, including voice input and text responses
- Usage of the voice chat feature, such as frequency and duration of use
We do not store audio/video content. Communications are end-to-end encrypted.
Voice input is not saved after being transmitted to the speech recognition engine.
We do not record your voice content, and it will not be used for model training.

⚠️ We never use call or voice chat data for ads, profiling, or AI training.
All audio/video data is end-to-end encrypted and not stored.

- Calls use industry-standard encryption (e.g., WebRTC, SRTP)
- No server-side storage of call content to prevent leaks

- GDPR compliance: We use Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for cross-border transfers
- Data is retained per legal/business needs and deleted upon account closure
- We generally delete or anonymize data within a reasonable time after you stop using the service
7. Cloud Storage Terms
Data Collection & Use
We collect cloud-related data including:
- Uploaded content (files, photos, videos, etc.)
- Usage data (storage capacity, upload/download frequency)
- Metadata (file name, size, upload time)
Purpose:
- To provide and maintain secure cloud storage services
- To optimize performance and user experience

Storage & Protection

Cloud storage payment and renewal are managed outside the iOS app, for example through your device or another platform.

- Deletion: After the grace period, all data is permanently deleted
- Notification: We notify users via in-app messages or email before data deletion
